Vehicle rental software

Contract management

A rental touches the money, the paperwork and the vehicle. All three are handled from the same screen.

Everything at a glance

Without leaving the contract and without looking anything up in another program.

PaymentsWhat has been taken, what is outstanding and by which method. Several payments per rental, each with its own date.
InvoicesIssued from the contract and passed into your accounting software on their own.
DocumentsID or passport, driving licence, fuel level and mileage, uploaded by the customer or at the desk. The customer's details come straight off the ID and licence photographs, read by artificial intelligence.
Digital contractGenerated and signed on a phone or a tablet. No more paper and no more filing cabinet.
Police reportingThe report Spanish law requires goes out from the contract itself, and the contract tells you if a required field is still missing.
MileageKilometres out and kilometres in, feeding the alerts and the performance figures for that plate.
Contract header with the customer, the vehicle, the dates, the amount and the state of the rental
The contract header. Everything else sits below it, on the same screen.

The payments, one under the next

What was taken, at which location, by which method and on what day. A rental can carry several payments and all of them stay in sight.

Customer details, extracted from their documents

One button reads the ID and licence photographs the customer already uploaded and proposes what to put in each field, so nobody types a document number. The one beside it answers questions about this particular rental. Both propose, neither saves anything: saving is still the same button it always was.

The rest

Cancellations and refundsUndoing a rental that has already been paid is settled with one decision: give the money back, or send a compensation voucher, which goes out by email on its own.
Online check-inThe customer fills in their details, uploads their documents before arriving and signs from their phone. At the desk all that is left is a quick look and the keys.
Change historyWho touched what and when, rental by rental.
Legal records in the cloudThe documents the law requires you to keep are stored off the premises, with an expiry period per kind of document.
