Vehicle rental software

Artificial intelligence across the system

Not on a screen of its own that nobody opens, but in the four places where it actually saves work.

Customer details come off their documents, with no typing

The customer uploads photographs of their ID or passport and their driving licence, and the AI reads them and pulls the details out: name, document number, date of birth, address, nationality and licence expiry. Your staff review and accept.

  • ID card, passport and driving licence, both sides
  • Twelve contract fields proposed in one go
  • Accepted field by field: it proposes, it does not write
Contract toolbar with the extract-fields and ask buttons

And it answers about the rental in front of you

How far it can be extended, which model to move the customer to, why the system says there is no availability. Questions that until now meant reading the calendar by hand.

A booking bot for customers

On the public website, an assistant that understands what the customer asks in their own language, finds them a vehicle, explains the extras and leaves the booking done. It does not send them to a form: it makes the booking.

And two more places

Google reviews answered on their own

It reads the reviews of the business, drafts the reply and publishes it. At a pace of a few a day, so it does not read like a machine.

MCP for outside agents

The system speaks the MCP protocol, so an AI agent from outside can check availability and book without anyone writing a bespoke integration.

We try it on your own data

The way to find out whether it helps is to turn it loose on your own contracts.
